mtw treated the family to some natural beauty! We drove about an hour west of Columbus to Hocking Hills, OH and spent the next four hours hiking around Old Man's Cave, including some off trail navigating by mdw. Everyone had a fantastic time - it was crisp but clear. Odin and Samantha enjoyed the water, and eaw loved the new sights and sounds.
Unfortunately, mdw slipped at the end and dislocated her shoulder - but it was totally worth it to be out in nature, clear air, beautiful scenery, and together as a family. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Fortunately, mtw was carrying eaw in the backpack so he finished the hike unscathed (albeit rather exhausted).
